mux: convert to using %pOF instead of full_name

Now that we have a custom printf format specifier, convert users of
full_name to use %pOF instead. This is preparation to remove storing
of the full path string for each node.

Hi Greg,

In this case, I would have liked to just add an acked-by or
something, but since you were not a recipient of the original
message it felt like that would have created extra work for
you. How is this situation best handled?

Anyway, please add this to the queue for 4.14.
