[3/4] SMDK5250: Add PMIC voltage settings

This patch adds required pmic voltage settings for SMDK5250.

Could we perhaps add a function like:

pmic_reg_update(struct pmic *p, int reg, uint mask, int val)

Also I think each of these calls needs error checking.
