[v5] ARM: Add Cortex-A15 optimized NEON and VFP memcpy routines, with IFUNC.

Add a high performance memcpy routine optimized for Cortex-A15 with
variants for use in the presence of NEON and VFP hardware selected
at runtime using indirect function support.

This was tested on armv7l-unknown-linux-gnueabihf. One new testsuite
failure was introduced (elf/ifuncmain5picstatic) which was caused by
a bug in ld. A fix for that ld issue has been committed to binutils
on 2012-04-29.

That looks like it would reject versions 2.30, 2.40, ... - and does this 
run early enough for the critic_missing setting to be effective?

The first line of each new file should be a descriptive comment.

Why not just define the aliases in memcpy.S instead?
(Then this can be an empty file just to override arm/aeabi_memcpy.c.)

You should also add some comments about why it's important that the
__aeabi_* functions use __memcpy_arm rather than memcpy.

If __SOFTFP__ is predefined by the compiler, then the compiler is presuming

Just put this in sysdeps/arm/armv7/configure.in and don't test $machine.
Whenever possible, it is far better to test for an actual relevant detail
empirically rather than testing version numbers.  If you can show an
example of an instruction sequence that is misassembled by binutils 2.20
then we can help you construct a more precise configure check.

I added that to the changelog, but the actual change to configure is
still omitted from the patch.

Please add a comment as to why NO_THUMB is being set.  C.f. the other
uses of that macro within sysdeps/arm/.  (It's the negative offsets
for memories as I recall, but that won't be obvious from this file.)

This is going to fail for NaCl, defining ARM_ALWAYS_BX.  I'm not quite
sure all of what needs to be done to fix that.  I'm sure Roland will
have some advice...

Perhaps the answer is "nothing" and NaCl should be vectored back to the
non-ifunc version of the code.

I've moved the configure fragment as you suggest. I'll look into the
creating a test for the assembler breakage.

No, I want the new stuff.  But I'd intended to do NaCl fixups as follow-on
patches after this goes in.  I don't expect other people to be worrying
about NaCl issues at this point.

I dropped a "not" in my first sentence, which might have been confusing.
The compiler predefines __SOFTFP__ unless it's presuming VFP support.  If
__SOFTFP__ is not defined, then the compiler is already generating code
that effectively presumes HWCAP_ARM_VFP will be set, so you might as well
just elide any code testing it at runtime and statically do whatever you
would do if HWCAP_ARM_VFP were set at runtime.

There is a similar predefine __ARM_NEON__.  If that's defined, you can
assume NEON and skip the ifunc bit altogether.
