[PULL,04/19] target/microblaze: Rename mmu structs

Introduce typedefs and follow CODING_STYLE for naming.
Rename struct microblaze_mmu to MicroBlazeMMU.
Rename struct microblaze_mmu_lookup to MicroBlazeMMULookup.
