The Intel JeffersonPeak, HarrisonPeak and CyclonePeak Bluetooth
controllers support the Microsoft vendor extension and they are using
0xFC1E for VsMsftOpCode.

- Boot the test devices with HarrisonPeak and verify INFO print in
dmesg.
