[v7,2/2] PCC test

Not for upstreaming. This is only to show how the PCC driver was
tested.

echo 2 > /proc/pcc_test [ to get the PCC base address from the PCCT ]

echo 1 > /proc/pcc_test [ to trigger a PCC write ]

echo 0 > /proc/pcc_test [ to trigger a PCC read ]

dmesg shows the output.
