This patch requires the kernel config include the SND_GB_AUDIO patch I also submitted since it requires the simple card infrastructure and codec support. Since folks may not test this on a tegra, I added spdif codec support, which is baiscally an empty codec. We can switch back to the rt56xx codecs when we start talking to actual modules. I've gotten things tied in with the greybus initialization logic, and somewhat tested via gbsim. Current issues: * Hotplug problems. When gbsim is killed, or the module removed, the greybus driver gets stuck since the android mediaserver process is holding the audio device open. Killing the mediaserver allows things to clean up and allows greybus to accept new gbsim connections. * Another hotplug problem - I'm seeing some sort of corruption when device is re-added after gbsim is restarted. I've reworked my platform device logic and addressed a number of issue that were present but this last item is stumping me. I'd appreciate it if folks familiar w/ platform_device logic around hotplug would take a look (HELP GREG! ;) * Likely will need some rework on the audio sending side of things. Mark was seeing issues earlier, but is retesting soon, so we'll know more then. Lots of credit to Mark Greer, who has done a ton of testing on real hardware and contributed quite a bit of work to this which have been folded in. NOT YET READY FOR MERGING!
