[v3,07/27] memory: omap-gpmc: Remove NAND IRQ code

NAND IRQs will now be managed directly in the OMAP NAND driver
so remove the IRQchip model.

Another patch will add back GPIO-IRQchip code to handle the
WAITPIN interrupts.
