[PATCHv10,8/8] linux-generic: internal ipc_pktio test

2 example ipc pktio applications create ipc pktio to each other and do
packet transfer, validation magic numbers and packets sequence counters
inside it.

Shouldn't all this go in example rather than test?

I execute it under make check. So it's both test and example. I think 
that real examples are platform independent,
so for now I put it under test.
