[Linaro-uefi] Platforms/AMD/Styx: remove unused BootMode module from DSC

The boot mode PPI is already produced by the PlatformPeim.inf in
ArmPlatformPkg, and the Nt32Pkg BootModePei is not even referenced
in our .FDFs. So just drop it.
