The UP Squared board <http://www.upboard.com> implements certain
features (pin control) through an on-board FPGA.

Need struct intel_pinctrl gpp information to control dedicated Raspberry
Pi compatible GPIOs.
These products (Up boards) are Intel approves foundation kits.
