Currently the infrastructure is set up for vast expandability, but it's far too complex for what is just 0-2 clocks. Categorize the clocks and simplify their getting. One notable change is that vcodec clocks are switched to use devm_clk_get_optional, which will let us commonize the code further while leaving the burden of figuring out which SoCs need codec-specific clocks and which don't to the bindings checker.
