Remove unnecessary casts using coccinelle scripts.

The CPU()/OBJECT() patches don't introduce logical change,
The DEVICE() one removes various OBJECT_CHECK() calls.

Since v2:
- Add A-b/R-b tags
- Reword description (Markus)
