[v2,12/16] target/mips: Use gen_op_addr_addi() when possible

Replace tcg_gen_movi_tl() + gen_op_addr_add() by a single
gen_op_addr_addi() call.

gen_op_addr_addi() calls tcg_gen_addi_tl() which might
optimize if the immediate is zero.
