Add documentation for eficonfig command.

To do autoboot with efi bootmgr, we need an additional preboot configuration.
"setenv bootmenu_0 UEFI Boot Manager=bootefi bootmgr; setenv
bootmenu_1 UEFI Maintenance Menu=eficonfig"

I will update the document in the next version.

Bootmenu is displayed as follows.

      UEFI Boot Manager
      UEFI Maintenance Menu
      virtio 0:1
      virtio 0:2
      U-Boot console
