Do some basic initliazation on peripherals, such as pins and
regulators.

This is a significant improvement over previous versions, but there

You have cleaned up some of the hardcoding, but much still remains.
I understand you are working from some existing non-open reference
code and may not be able to determine all of the reasons for the
values. And the comments add some clarity.

But please add a note to the commit message saying that some values
are taken from existing reference code and cannot easily be resolved.

I commented on v1:

1) Why this use of SerialPortWrite instead of Print?
2) This cast to (UINT8 *) works by accident. Please don't do this.
3) Please _never_ use hand-coded values for compile-time determined
   (and known) information. In this case the output string length.

As far as I can tell, everything except for this enum belongs with
code that has been deferred for later submission. Please delete the
rest and bring them back with the code that uses them.

I can't use Print() at here since console isn't ready. The OnEndOfDxe() is executed
before console ready. SerialPortWrite () is the only choice to me.
