- Drop upstreamed ucontext_t patch
- basename is now available in musl
- Pin ARM-only ISA on armv5 and older arches
- Use COMPATIBLE_HOST instead of COMPATIBLE_MACHINE
- memory.h has been renamed to memory_allocator.h in latest breakpad
