Add <filesystem> model handling for virtio transitional devices. Ex:

  <filesystem type='mount' model='virtio-9p-transitional'>
    ...
  </filesystem

* "virtio-9p-transitional" maps to qemu "virtio-9p-pci-transitional"
* "virtio-9p-non-transitional" maps to qemu "virtio-9p-pci-non-transitional"

With a switch statement to take care of models here, and based on
the discussion for the previous patch possibly the model names
being changed,
