If the softmmu targets are not enabled, "make check-build" fails to build the qtests (which could not be run anyway without softmmu binary). And the softfloat tests can not be compiled with MinGW yet (the macro LITTLEENDIAN is re-defined in one of the system headers there, so this needs some work first before it can be compiled).
