[02/13] i386: hvf: Drop useless declarations in sysemu

Series i386: hvf: Remove HVFX86EmulatorState | expand

They're either declared elsewhere or have no use.

While at it, rename _hvf_cpu_synchronize_post_init() to
do_hvf_cpu_synchronize_post_init().
