I was afraid that a partial conversion will break things, since I had changed the qtest_vqmp_fds, qtest_vqmp and qtest_qmp, so there are quite a lot of places where this is called implicitly. Now looking again at this, it is probably possible to separate this chinage. If I need to send another version I'll do this.
