This adjusts the ST Sensor bindings with the more fine-grained
syntax checks that were proposed late in the last kernel cycle
and colliding with parallel work.

Whilst one example that covers i2c and spi would be good, its
a bit of a stretch to have a chipselect of 1c.

Perhaps we should just add a second example for spi?
