Commit Message

From: Ben Greear <greearb@candelatech.com>

Give a better idea of TX behaviour. Currently this code does not
deal with HE tx rates properly. I'm not sure exactly where to
find that info, not sure that ax200 driver that I'm testing properly
provides it up to the tx-status logic.
