Current print in l2fwd is not useful with slow links and
also it's hard to say how fast does it work. Print pps
and packets drops.

Ciprian, can you please review that version?

Thanks,
Maxim.

I don't think 10 seconds as a default is very useful, it's quite a
long time and if you look at dpdk pkt-gen or netmap pkt-gen they use 1
second refresh time.

I tested the patch using netmap-pkt gen to pump a lot of packets and 1
second accuracy was ok, I don't know what kind of problems you were
seeing, maybe you should try with this version, I noticed that the
first version you sent did have problems but they were caused by
improper calculation of the speed.

Try it yourself again with 1 second and if it works maybe you'll
consider setting that as a default. But you can add my
Reviewed-and-tested-by.
