[33/64] lib: Introduce CONFIG_TEST_MEMCPY

  • Introduce strict memcpy() bounds checking

Before changing anything about memcpy(), memmove(), and memset(), add
run-time tests to check basic behaviors for any regressions.

Good point! I will see if that works here; it would make sense to make
this KUnit from the start.
