As done in nuvoton-common-npcm7xx.dtsi, this patch adds pinmux nodes for
all pin functions to nuvoton-wpcm450.dtsi.

I'm not quite convinced of the value of this patch, as the pin functions
could easily be specified in board.dts files when needed.
