Sdhci_uhs2_do_detect_init() is a sdhci version of mmc's uhs2_detect_init
operation. After detected, the host's UHS-II capabilities will be set up
here and interrupts will also be enabled.

There does not seem to be any need for this function
to be atomic, so this should use usleep_range() not udelay().

Does not need to be atomic

Might as well be

	return 0;

so "out:" and ret not needed.
