Add support for a streaming interface for TMC ETR to allow for continuous
log collection to secondary storage. An interrupt based mechanism is used
to stream out the data from the device. The streaming interface cannot be
used in conjunction with the traditional ETR read operation.

This counter is not part of the architected TMC. Please move to the CSR driver.

All the functions above are not really part of the standard tmc - but
of a separate helper device on the output of the TMC - as such please
adjust the nameing to be byte_cntr... as below.

This attribute is not appropriate for the TMC and makes no sense other
than on your specific device. It is an attribute of the CSR block -
controlling when the interrupt is signalled. Please move this to the
CSR driver.

The connection and enabling on the CSR in relation to the TMC must be
done using the coresight helper device mechnisms. The mechanisms I
mentioned in the 0/3 patch of this set will automatically call enable
and disable on helper devices associated with the TMC when it is
enabled and disabled. Setup of CSR should be done in its own enable /
disable functions.

This function is normally only called when the TMC is stopped or
disabled. How do you ensure that the running TMC does not overwrite
the area you are attempting to read?

Again - not appropriate for a generic TMC - the helper device will
take care of this.

This can be dropped when you move the byte counter functionality into
the CSR driver.

You will need some sort of interface into the TMC - but this should
only be to read the data, and ensure that the sysfs reads which you
say are not permitted are prevented when using the TMC in this mode,
and that the appropirate buffer has been created. As mentioned, your
code at present assumes that the TMC will always use a flat buffer
when using sysfs - and it does not check for buffer wrap and misses
out the sync operations that the standard sysfs read use to ensure DMA
synchronisation.
