Restrict calls to:
 - kvm_arch_get_supported_cpuid()
 - kvm_arch_get_supported_msr_feature()
 - kvm_request_xsave_components()
 - kvm_hyperv_expand_features()
so we can remove restrict "kvm/kvm_i386.h" and all its
declarations to system emulation (see the next commit).
