Series PM / OPP: Use kref and move away from RCU locking | expand

Commit Message

Viresh Kumar Jan. 23, 2017, 4:41 a.m. UTC
Add kref to struct dev_pm_opp for easier accounting of the OPPs.

Note that the OPPs are freed under the opp_table->lock mutex only.
