For this purpose, it uses an additional field in struct thermal_trip This update follows the suggestion from here: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-acpi/4bfabfce-574b-ed52-2956-d0d2b9502e60@linaro.org/ and so it drops one patch and adds two new patches (one of them merely rearranging the ACPI thermal drivers data structures to allow the subsequent patches to be more straightforward).
