This patch-set presents some bug fixes and minor enhancements to
HNS3 Ethernet driver.

Rework Summary:
(*) Patch V1->V2
    1. Fixed David S Miller's comments
    2. Dropped patch 0005 "net: hns3: Fix for vf vlan delete failed problem" for now.
